Our Fellows

Our Fellows represent the best of Canada-UK relations, bringing skills and experience to the network, sharing interesting content, helping other Fellows and displaying a common commitment to the UK-Canadian alliance. 

Our Fellowship works to:

• • develop the knowledge and skills of leaders in Canada and the UK;

  • encourage collaborative projects and new ventures;

  • forge new friendships amongst leaders in both countries;

  • create positive social impact and tackle shared issues; and

  • showcase the values and capabilities of the UK and Canada to the world.

We seek out people who share our values of:

• Honesty and integrity – Fellows are ambassadors for both the Fellowship and their countries, to each other and to the wider world.

• Kindness and generosity – this is a voluntary network that thrives on people’s willingness to help each other and learn from their peers.

• Competence and capability – Fellows bring unique skills and perspectives that can help Canada, the UK and their allies.

• Friendship and loyalty – strong friendships between individuals underpin strong alliances between nations.

• Diversity and openness – communities are enriched by learning from people with different beliefs and stories.

Membership is by invitation and with the agreement of the existing Fellowship, but we monitor diversity closely and work with our Fellows and partner organisations to ensure our membership is inclusive and representative of the people of both countries.
